Born in Rome, on the 5 April 1966.
Francesco Picone is mainly active in civil and commercial law arbitration and ordinary litigation.
He provides out-of-court advice with specific reference to business contracts and corporate governance and operations. He has a strong experience in public and private works and service contracts, and in the energy sector.
In the field of commercial law, he provides assistance in commercial contracts and corporate law issues.
In civil law, he provides assistance in the traditional categories of contracts, performance and liability. He is particularly experienced in the field of transfer of cultural and artistic assets.
A former professor of commercial law at the University of Pescara G. d’Annunzio, he has published in-depth studies on corporate law, arbitration and sports law.
He graduated from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 1989. He is a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1992 and is qualified to appear before the upper courts.
