Crisis Management

The Firm assists businesses undergoing crisis situations through the use of the instruments offered by bankruptcy law. In particular, the Firm:

• manages debt restructuring agreements, certified plans and proposals for composition with creditors.
• is responsible for the management of bankruptcy proceedings (as curator, judicial commissioner or liquidator) and over-indebtedness situations
• provides assistance in disputes related to these issues, such as actions to void in bankruptcy, liability actions against Directors and Statutory Auditors, applications for admission and challenges to the sum of liabilities.
