Avv. Michele Bombino

Michele Bombino operates in the field of commercial and bankruptcy law. He has assisted businesses and investment funds in equity acquisition, including in distressed situations, in turnaround and debt consolidation transactions, in securitization operations and, in general, in relation to corporate and corporate governance issues.

In addition, he regularly assists businesses in the real estate and industrial sectors, as well as investment funds, in real estate transactions, such as purchase and sale of individual properties or real estate portfolios, for rent or development, participation to real estate funds, development operations, leasing of commercial properties or business units, mergers and acquisitions in the tourism and hotel sector.

He graduated from the University of Milan and is a member of the Milan Bar since 1994.
